Priestess TV Episode 26 - How do you connect with spirits and guides?

How do you connect with spirits and guides?

I believe connecting with Spirit, or your Spiritual guides is a very personal experience and requires you to let go of wanting it to happen and be willing to open up and allow it to happen.

Today we have a viewer question from Sarah, who asks, “How do you connect with spirit and guides as a beginner?”

Our society has reinforced this idea that we must strive for immediate feedback rather than patiently let go and invite something when it’s ready. Information is streaming into our consciousness rapidly now that we have smartphones and smart devices in our homes. We want all the answers to a question now and have been conditioned to look for them immediately by asking Google, Siri, or Alexa.

But here is the thing - the unseen realm does not work in this way. Just because we ask for (let’s get real - we demand - we feel entitled - we force) an answer doesn’t mean that our guides must drop what they are doing and respond.

Here are four concepts to explore as a Priestess:

  • Stillness: no longer being controlled by your mind, so you become present.

  • Groundedness: you feel yourself inside your body rather than having parts of you hovering outside of yourself.

  • Openness - energetically open to receiving feelings, thoughts, knowings because you are at peace.

  • Connectedness - you are tapped into the unified field with a deep knowing that you are connected to all things. The collective consciousness is real.

If you learn to stay in ALL of this - you will find yourself in communion with Spirit and your Guides. You will not need to do anything, but instead, it becomes an invitation for your allies to come forth when they feel ready.

Thank you again, Sarah, for this beautiful question.
