This one is for the mother’s. And also, the medicine shared in this space is for us all. What happens when we lose our sense of identity? When something shifts in our lives that changes everything, be the thing something grand and wonderful or overwhelming and heartbreaking. Who am I now? It is a question almost all of us find ourselves walking with isn’t it? Stepha’s presence in this space is so nourishing and her insights are spot on! One of her greatest encouragements to me during this conversation was her invitation to truly address each challenge that comes your way, as it comes. Instead of letting them pile up one on top of the other, be the challenges in motherhood and/or in our lives as human beings on this earth, her invitation was to acknowledge and address and process within the natural order of life. What a gift to give to yourself, this gift of presence and willingness to deeply live the life your soul came here to live.

Stepha LaFond

Stepha is Life Coach and Mentor, dedicated to helping moms navigate the space between who they were and who they’re still becoming. As a mom of two young children she knows first hand the struggles of juggling the demands of motherhood, career and life. She started her practice out of a desire to put moms at center of the conversation, with an emphasis shifting the narrative on modern motherhood to one that allows space for mamas to grow, heal and take care of themselves at all stages of their journey. Her work on Matrescence- the transition into motherhood- invites her clients and spectators to explore and hold space for this common but rarely discussed phase of development, whilst taking a critical look at the unjust systems and power structures impacting motherhood and creating necessary shifts towards liberation.
