In this final episode of Priestess TV Season 3, Seo shares her story with her powerful warrior healer archetypal energy. We explore spiritual awakenings, the divine channeling of her beautiful oracle deck Morning Calm and the beauty and vastness of Sisterhood. As we settled into our time together, I could feel Seo’s energy emanating through the screen. She dropped this truth bomb, “don’t confuse the discomfort of your growth as something else”, and I have been sitting with these words ever since. What a beautiful reminder that our surrendering into our own journey, honoring the micro decisions that are more important than we often realize, is not always lighthearted and easy going. The discomfort doesn’t have to mean that we are failing, that we are doing something wrong or even that we are blocked. The discomfort can simply be neutral. May we lean into the discomfort of our growth, allowing ourselves to stay in the pocket of surrender as we honor our own spiritual awakening journey.

Seo (pronounced sea-oh) is a Korean-American Shaman, coach, and author who empowers women to move outside their comfort zones, manifest transformation and play big.
