Priestess TV Ep 39: Sacred Circles with Melissa Jeffcott

On today’s episode of Priestess TV, we dive into the magic of circles. Melissa Jeffcott reminds us that circle space holders get as much out of the experience as those that are attending circle. Sacred Circles is not only about a mystical experience; more than anything, it is a way for us to remember that we have done this before and it is a natural part of life. There is comfort in being present and hearing women share stories about their personal, very human experiences. This includes, as Melissa points out, embracing aging and allowing our wisdom to shine through.

Melissa Jeffcott

Melissa Jeffcott is a certified life coach and parenting coach, writer, sacred space holder and workshop and retreat facilitator. She typically works with women in their forties and fifties as they look to reconnect with themselves and deepen the connection in their relationships with their partner, children and friends and she hosts regularly sold out workshops for teen girls and their Mums.

As a mum of three with a background in child psychology, Melissa understands the challenges associated with looking after the needs of your family in conjunction with making time for your own wants and desires.
